At Martinez Maids & More, we take great pride in our work. I believe what sets us apart from the rest, is the amount of effort we put in to ensure our customer's satisfaction. 

The number one question I get asked is, 'What exactly is included in your cleaning?' Well, it's quite a bit, to say the least!

So, I've compiled a list of my cleaning checklist that we live by at Martinez Maids & More:

Dusting is a big must! I believe the difference between an average clean to a meticulous clean is the dusting! A

great housekeeper will lift and reach in order to get all the dust & then use a

damp cloth and a dry cloth for polishing.

Quick Checklist by area~

KITCHEN:

backsplashes

sinks

counters

displays such as bottles/containers, knife blocks,

toaster, coffee machines, electric kettle, etc. 

exterior cupboards and drawers

exterior of frige and oven (including stainless steel

polishing)

exterior of microwaves 

BATHROOMS:

Countertops

Wiping and polishing all of the contents of the

counter

Shelves

Toilets

Baseboards behind/around toilet 

Mopping

Bathtubs and showerdoors. 

Chrome finishes need to be polished

*Walls in bathroom are spot washed to make sure there are no

splashes of excretory fluids*

Mirrors are cleaned. 

OTHERS:

Beds are made 

All garbages need to be collected. 

Floors swept, vaccumed and mopped. 

Wiping the

light switches, door handles, and high touch points.
